It is recommended to have at least 3-4 weeks of growth. Trimming hairs is not necessary, as it effects your results.
DO NOT ICE your skin beforehand, this will shrink the pores and result in pain. It is encouraged to take an NSAID or ibuprofen beforehand to reduce inflammation associated with waxing.
